MARVELOUS BUT I HAD ANSWERED THESE QUESTIONS, TWO WEEKS AGO... (IN SPANISH)
The place is simply peaceful. From the moment you go through the entrance, the professionalism of the guard that first greets and welcomes you makes one feel very special. Once you pass the gate, there’s the Clubhouse; it’s like if you were already in a magical place. The villa was simply breathtaking: the details, the decoration, very clean – it was like entering a “spa”; we enjoyed it very much. We will definitely stay at Villas at Seven Dwarfs on our future trips to Orlando. Count on it!!! The reservation process was easy, clear and fast. Thanks for making our stay memorable!!!
a housekeeping service should be offered at least for the guests with stay longer than 7 days. Besides this everything was awesome and we had a great time!!!
could of been more silverware in drawer. alarm clock & kitchen clock not in working order. included all cable channels.
Dear Guest, thank you for your comments. In regards the alarm clock and kitchen clock, we set up those after each departure, however, sometimes when there is an outage those appliances get deprogramming. Sorry for the inconvenience. We look forwards to see you again in the near future.
you need to be more direct about the fees and how they are going to have to be paid, was told 2 different things when making reservation. information was not clear

Dear guest, We did not understand your comments about "no blankets". Your unit was inspected prior and after your departure and all the beds have blankets. Furthermore, there was also blanket for the sleeper sofa. We recommend our guest if you needs anything during your stay to contact our office and we will be more than happy to assist you. You mentioned that the dining table has 4 chairs only. Yes, all our villas at The Villas at Seven Dwarfs has the same furniture package. This was disclose to you since the moment you booked the unit in the Unit description and all our documents. However, you booked this type of unit anyway, no matter that you were aware of what kind of dining table the unit has. But, for future booking, we have condos in different resorts that have 6 chairs dining is that accomodate better your needs you can have this in mind when booking your next vacation. You mentioned that there was only one fry pan in kitchen. Yes, usually these vacation rentals come with standars utensils, because the must common guest just go in and out to the parks and do not cook everyday. However, if you were in the need of any extra frying pan you could have contacted our office and we would have assisted you with your request. We are sorry you did not take the time to contact our office when these issues came about. I am sure if someone had contacted us, we would be able to assist you with all the above request.
