The place is well located, the swimming pool was very clean and nice. The house is fully equiped. However, some pieces of furniture could be reviewed. If I ever go to Orlando, I would rent it again.

Great stay, nice house, good location, clean. The only cons I will say (just to say something) is that does not have wifi and for the 4 rooms, only 2 tv (1 of them without remote, and both of them really old)
This was the first time we rented a townhome in Orlando and it was so much better than staying at even the nicest hotel. After being at the parks all day or going to the beach it was so nice to be able to come back and have room for all of us to spread out. While getting a hot shower was a challenge, I can honestly say I would stay in this townhome again. The complex was convenient to shopping/dining and the unit was close to the pool.
The property is very well located, near to Disney, Malls, stores, restaurants, Walmart, parks, etc. The house is full equiped!!! The only inconvenience was the lack of TV in the rooms, the price of Wifi conection and there wasn't many avaiable TV channels, mainly for children!!!! i'd give from 1 to 10: 8,5 (Very good).

the stay was great only problem is the bed matteress is to hard. but the stay was lovely. i will be back soon.
