this was my second time renting at this same location, which i did not realize until we got there. It was still the same very clean and homey and close to disney. I will rent from them again in the future. the people were very friendly. Had a great time!!!!!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EXCEPT THE TIKI BAR WAS HARDLY OPEN THAT WAS THE ONE THING WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH NO PINA COLDA :(
The Place was perfect, but they need to change the beds.

The house was very clean, kitchen well equipped. The mattress could be a much better.

Vacation Rental Location - very pleased with the location, close access to major theme parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Home Cleanliness - we were very pleased with the home. It afforded us more space, access to washer/dryer, and other amenities (pool, security, and club house). Much better than staying at a hotel. The smell and taste of the water inside the house was of concern, smelled like "hard water," "like a rotted egg," however, the smell did not stick to our skin or clothes. Rental Management Staff: No problems or concerns, except the phone numbers posted on the refrigerator door and on welcome binder need to be updated. They was conveyed to Eric Laracuente. I will recommend this location to individuals who may be traveling to your area. THANK YOU
nos hemos hospedado en varias oportunidades y siempre repetimos por que quedamos satisfechos con la urbanización asà como con los townhouse, nos sentimos seguros, el sitio es acogedor, tiene una excelente ubicacion en fin en nuestra proxima visita de seguro nos hospedaremos de nuevo ahi
Villa was extremely clean, great pool, nice work out room. Beds could have been more comfortable(hard) and very noisy.Our 4 bedroom villa was on 2 floors, since they want the thermostat set at 75 degrees the downstairs was nice and cool however the upstairs was very warm. Overall we had a very good stay. Would do it again.
JUST ONLY THE BEDS WEREN'T GOOD. I SUGGEST CHANGE THEM, MADE A LOT OF NOISE WHEN YOU MOVED, AND THEY WEREN'T CONFORTABLE
The kitchen was not completely stocked with cooking utensils that we needed when cooking. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay here.
My only major complaint was that I ended up with a rash from sleeping in the master bedroom and using the comforter as a blanket.
