Our vacation rental experience went smoothly from start to finish. The condo was great with everything we needed. Excellent location for everything we wanted to see and do. The people at the gate were very nice, they were professional, efficient and friendly. The condo, grounds and pool were very well maintained. We really enjoyed our vacation.
For the past 4 years I had stayed with my family at this resort and it is always a great experience. Eric and Betsy handle the reservation in a very professional way; easy check in procedure, all the property well decorated and very clean rooms. I don't want to stay in a hotel again, I will book with Near to Disney Resort Property Management again next year!
Everything for the family is available, playground, pool. The ground floor is for the parents, the first floor for 4 people with their own bathroom, ideal. The kitchen is fully equipped. Dryer and washing machine, even the bathroom has a large whirlpool. No negative point, certainly worth repeating. Nice and clean pool

El lugar es hermoso, cerca de los mall y los parques. Tiene una piscina grande y un jacuzzi que podes estar hasta las 11 pm. Lo recomiendo para familias o grupos grandes de personas, lo unico que hay que tener en cuenta que no hay servicio diario de limpieza, pero tenes lavavajilla, lavadora, plancha y secadora.
Estimado Huesped, gracias por sus comentarios. Recuerde, las villas vacacionales se entregan limpias al huesped y se limpian nuevamente a su salida. Por otro lado, SIi tenemos el servidio de limpieza durinte su estadia, sii usted lo requiere a un costo adicional. Esperamos poder servirle en el futuro.

very nice, Juan the security guy was very kind, the other three guys can learn something from him. the house was very clean. shops and themeparks are around the corner (disney 10 min) the only thing that bothred me was the bathtub( the whirlpool didn't work) and the tv in the main bedroom was black and white. but overall exellent!!!!! we will come back, FOR SURE!!
Como usted comprendera nuestra hermosa villa vacacional no lo puede comparar con una pequena habitacion en un motel donde usted por casi el mismo precio acomodaria solamente 2 personas sin ninguna privacidad. Nuestras lujosas villas vacacionales tienen 3 habitaciones, 2 banos, sala, comedor, y una cocina completamente equipada. Es por eso que usted recibe mucho mas por el precio pagado ya que usted puede acomodar hasta 8 personas confortablemente en nuestras lujosas villas. Si en el futuro usted desea que su villa le provea internet gratuitamente, llamenos directamente ya que tenemos villas en diferentes Resorts en el area de Disney que le ofrecen el internet a esos clientes que lo soliciten. De todos modos el WIFI internet es a costo adicional ya que es ofrecido en el lujoso business center localizado en el Club House del Resort y esta disponible a todo huesped con facil accesso y el mismo puede ser pagado con cualquier tipo de credit card. Esperamos servirle en el futuro.
