  TOWNHOUSE WAS THE BEST WAY TO GO! VERY CLEAN, VERY ACCESIBLE TO EVERYTHING. VERY QUIET, NICE PEOPLE THAT WERE ALSO STAYING THERE. WE WOULD DEFINETELY STAY THERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR. VERY RELAXING, VERY CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPPING AND DISNEY. HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.

  I stayed only one night but it was great. Much better than a hotel. The directions were a little foggy. Mentioning a right at the first top sign would be better than looking for the road as there is no sign for that road there. Also priceline listed the cost but didn't include the "cleaning fee" of $85. If this is per night it is exuberant but per stay not so bad. Didn't like having to remove the linens and bringing them to the laundry room after all I am paying an $85 cleaning fee right. otherwise I'll be back in May!

  Dear Guest, the cleaning fee of $85.00 per stay (NOT per night) at Emerald Island just apply when reservations are less than 7 nights. If you stay 7 night of longer this cleaning fee goes away. Thank you for your comments and we will look forward to see you on May again.

  Everyone in our party was absolutely satisfied with the decision to go with a vacation condo on this trip. We were participating in the race weekend at Disney so the location was perfect and it was so comfortable to be able to do laundry and cook our own meals as part of our race experience.

  we were not aware of the code to main entrance so we had to wait 20 min in the it we pushed the concerge key and no answer so we had to call to the reservation phone number , the same to acces to the house key we suggest to giv it by mail or to the club house or give the proper instructions to obtain it

  Manager Response

  The code to access key were sent to this guest 14 days prior to their arrival by email. However, they did not print the instructions and went to the resort administration. The resort administration doesn't have this information becuase they are not there to rent units, they only management the amenities of the resort. However, our office is 24 hours available for our guest. So, if the guest follow the instructions provided 14 days prior to the arrival, or contact our phone number directly, will be ok and no problems with the check in.
