Only drawback was that the pool remained cold for the four days we were there. Had late night returns from the theme parks and the common pool closed at 10pm. Kids were hoping to get in before bed two of the nights but water was to cold. By no means did this take away from the accomadations we had. Extremely pleased..will be back again

I checked your reservation and you did not request the pool heat during your stays and also yes, the pool at the club house is free and is heated but it close at 10:00 p.m. Best regards,

We have been coming to Florida for six years, this was the coldest year ever, but that's not anyone's fault, we still enjoyed the stay, everyone was very helpful with everything. The club house had a super bowl party, we enjoyed tremendously, it was like a big family, keep up the good work.We will return.
Although we were only there for 2 days, we enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable, and had all the amenities included. We would definitely stay there again.

I would recommend this house to any family. It was perfect for the 7 of us, and close enough to everything.
We have stayed at the Near to Disney Resort properties for 5 years. The home is very family oriented and we love the amenities and proximity to Disney.
We had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property. The house was just as pictured on the internet and we were very comfortable. I would recommend that the land line be removed. We were bothered by phone calls constantly for the owners of the house. We finally answered because they were non-stop and kept getting recorded messages. I finally took the phone off the hook. Other than that everything was fabulous and the management staff were very helpful when I called to make my initial reservation and extend the stay for an additional night. I would highly recommend Near-to-Disney Resorts to anyone traveling in the Orlando area.
The air conditioner Temp. rule was the only problem I had with the entire house. It was nicely maintained and very clean.
Dear Guest, thank you for your comments, just an explanation: When the resort stays that the garbage is pick up by 6:00 a.m. on the pool homes, this means that you should place the garbage container at night at the sidewalk (and NOT that you should wake up at 6:00 a.m.). We know you rented a 3 bedroom unit, but we upgraded your reservation to a pool home at no extra cost to you, so we are happy you had enjoyed your vacation at our pool villa. We enjoy staying at near to Disney resort, as it feels like being in a home after 2 weeks of hotels accommodations, across the states. The only disadvantage was the lack of wireless internet, that already be come to be a standard in all the hotels.
