Never had the slightest bit of a bad experience here, and I think this is 5th or 6th stay. Value/price ratio is exceptional. Always clean, layout appears to be same in each unit, so no surprises. Booked it kind of late this year and still no problem getting a unit. Disney and Hollywood Studios feels like 5 minutes away, but probably 15, door to parking lot with traffic. Will continue as repeat customer. Thanks again.
We had family come in from out of town for a week .. and we were coming in from Tampa for a night.. the Condo was well decorated, very clean, the pool and play areas were fantastic - a wonderful family experience for a good price. We will definately stay there again!
We are actually staying for 77 days. This is are 7th year at this condo. We have always been very satisfied, and this year is no exception. Give the entire review a 5. Bob & Sandy Peterson
the condo was surprisingly big and nearby all the parks and sights. We have had a little problem with the Airconditioning but it was solved the same day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Palms! We especially enjoyed the pool and the movie theatre at the clubhouse!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Windsor Palms Resort. My Condo was very clean and that made our stay great. I think that the outside of the doorway could use some extra cleaning. There were a lot of dead bugs and spider webs right by the lock to get in. Other than that our stay was great. I'll be staying there from now on when we travel to Disney.

The Condo we rented was so great. It was great, cozy,clean and had everything we needed. Since the first moment of our reservation we felt that we were talking to a friend helping us with a great vacation. He was there for us to answer all our questions and made all the process so easy. We took our 3 Grandkids to Orlando and they have little patience for waiting. Having Disney parks so close was a blessing. A very nice stay.
Overall this was a good spot. Very close to all of the attractions, shopping and restaurants. The only drawback was a very late check in time of 4:00...makes for a long day after a long flight and with kids makes it even longer! No a good start to any vacation.
As was informed to you, we offer the opportunity to have an early check-in for a minimum fee of $50.00, when the guest would like to have an early check in. Sorry that you did not want to pay for the service, we hope in the future to serve you better.
